At Micro Kickboard, we want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure the scooter or accessory is in its original, unassembled condition with all manuals and components included to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
